DALIS evolved from the free market subversion program agreed upon by world super powers and extraterrestrial delegations in June 1987. By November of 1988, a prototype alien-human brainchild codenamed: PROJECT DALIS (pictured) was being raised in secret somewhere behind the Iron Curtain. When the USSR fell, all known records of the secret program were lost, and the child was unknowingly unleashed on society to fulfill her pre-engineered purpose of world domination through global economic takeover. 

Her multi-channel attack on world economy is facilitated through DALIS, a shadowy organization that spans the multiverse in clusters of enlightened agents communicating in secret through their DALIS uniforms. The uniform aesthetic was developed to blend powerful, yet simple designs with meaningful coded relays for the DALIS sleeper cells to receive and execute their intended instructions.
